Occasions

Occasions, ideas and opportunities

Due to the diverse repertoire, I would be happy to assist you in planning the music for your event as well as entertaining your guests with music. Due to the spatial independence also in unusual places.
Feel free to contact me with your ideas. Here are some examples:

Marriage proposal

Surprise the person of your heart with a serenade to make your request and hand over the engagement ring.
I am happy to be your 'ally' in preparation and also for any surprises :-)
  • Here some examples:
    • Surprise the person of your heart with a serenade to make your request and hand over the engagement ring.
    • I am happy to be your 'ally' in preparation and also for any surprises, for example
    • the surprising concert at the table during a nice dinner in your favorite restaurant. I would be happy to coordinate this with the restaurant manager
    • the violinist who surprisingly stands at the viewpoint while looking at the stars together. A heart of candles shines and a bottle of sparkling wine with two glasses is ready. Here is the couple's report on Hochzeit.com
    • the favorite song can be heard at home from the neighboring room during the nice meal, followed by music for a romantic candlelight dinner for two
    • the walk to the castle ruins suddenly gets a surprise moment when a violinist with red heart-shaped balloons stands in the castle courtyard and plays romantic ballads with orchestral accompaniment
    • At the agreed location, a carriage is 'accidentally' ready, in which a violinist also sits and plays favorite melodies
    • With my electricity-independent equipment, I can also play in unusual places
    • and much more to make the moment personal and unique. Just talk to me :-)
    • Wedding, wedding ceremony, registry office, church, informal wedding ceremony, wedding reception
    • It should be the best day. Music plays an important role. I am happy to respond to your wishes so that you can enjoy the day and also feel good musically.

Wedding, wedding ceremony, registry office, church, free wedding ceremony, wedding reception

It should be the best day. Music plays an important role. I am happy to respond to your wishes so that you can enjoy the day and also feel good musically.
  • wedding
    •  The most beautiful melodies from classical music, film and musicals or pop ballads during the  wedding
    •  I like to play at your wedding in the church or in the registry office as well as at informal wedding ceremony whereever it takes place.
    • You have a favorite piece that I should play for you? If I don't have it in my repertoire yet, I wil find the music, so far I've always been successful.
    • I am happy to coordinate with the pastor or celebrant, for example to underline various readings with music or to find an adequate melody to the statements made in the text.
    • If you would like to surprise your partner with your special song, just let me secretly know :-)
    • If you hire an organist, we can also play together if necessary. If you need an organist, I can possibly make recommendations. If there is no organist or no organ at all and you want to sing a church song, I would be happy to bring the organ accompaniment on tape.
  • Champagne reception
    • Classical or lively melodies, film and current chart hits on the church square or in front of the registry office for a small champagne reception. No power connection necessary.
    • Surprise the bride and groom with it, or e.g. ask for it as a present from your guests.
    • Musical entertainment for reception or during the photo shooting. A mixture of classic, film, pop and rock.
    • At weddings, the generations of your guests ar mostly mixed. I play music for the different generation.
  • Wedding concert
    • A moderated wedding concert between reception and dinner or after the photo shootsing (a time for newlyweds to relax).
  • Coffee and dinner
    •  Music for coffee hour or at the evening reception before the dance: swing-folk-classic-coffee house music, colorfully mixed music for every generation present or in a certain musical genre, simply as is desired for your most beautiful day
    • Surprise your parents-in-law or grandparents with their favorite song as a little thank you
    • The salon concert during the feast is also tailored to the individual courses of the menu
  • evening programme
    • Classical, ballads, film music, jazz or rock music in 20 minutes "breaks" during the evening program
    • Opening waltz for the newlyweds
    • Ballroom dance music like waltz, foxtrot etc; eg as a contrast to the party disco.
    • Think of the entire circle of your guest list. Often the generation of parents / grandparents is not quite able to cope with the music that is played in the evening by the DJ, because the music does not appeal to them and they prefer the traditional standard dances, either before the band/DJ plays or some teadance music is built into breaks during the evening program)
  • Others

I am also happy to work and coordinate with wedding planners, wedding agencies, event agencies, wedding planners, wedding speakers

Concert formats

I also like to perform concerts. Be it for your house guests, or in public as part of a series of events
  • Themed concerts:
    • I would be happy to put together concert themes for your occasion.
    • Concerts with a mixture of different music categories classical, coffeehouse, folk, jazz, pop and rock
    • My themed programs give you the opportunity to plan an appropriate event under one topic. See separate window 'Programs'
  • Salon concert:
    • An enjoyble program in the style of a spa concert:
    • A mixture of classical, Viennese melodies, film music, hits and hits from the 20s to today. Also happy with coffee or tea
    • If desired, the concerts are peppered with small moderations to the pieces and can take place in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening.

  • Special request concert:
    • Either I provide my repertoire list in advance (alternatively: we put together a smaller selection of it)
    • or I fulfill - as far as possible - the spontaneously expressed musical wishes.
  • Music puzzle:
    • Songs are played on various topics and you can guess what it is about: e.g.
    • Melodies where a travel destination can be guessed New York,New York, Spanish guitars, Fiesta Mexicana, Leningrad...)
    • Melodies with a name (Anita, His name is Waldemar, Veronika, Anneliese, Angel...)
  • Series of concerts:
    • Due to the rich repertoire it is possible for me to offer a oncerts series throughout the year.
    • The music literature offers a variety of beautiful melodies, with which you can always redesign the individual dates. The individual concerts can also have a theme.

In the senior residence and in the sanatorium

My special offers for seniors
  • 'Tour through the house' - room concerts:
    • Small concerts in the apartments or in the hallway for those who are no longer mobile or simply do not want to take part in the larger events the house offers.
    • You offer it to your residents and put together a small tour of the house. We 'tour' through the house and I play where it is wanted or where you think people might like it.
    • From classic to hit songs to hymns. Exactly what is preferred by the residents.
    • In addition, you could also ask in advance for melodies of their choice and I will fulfill the individual wishes as far as possible.

  • In combination with salon concert - dream concert - music puzzle:
    • The offer can also be combined: for example, the house tour first, followed by the salon concert in the hall before lunch or dinner. This form has already been very well received and I can repeat it at regular intervals throughout the year.
    • I am also available for church services. I bring along organ accompaniment for the most common hymns and then play the singing voice with the violin.
    •  Due to the big repertoire it is possible for me to offer a series of concerts throughout the year without repeating the program.
  • 'Corona Concert' in the Garden

Outdoor concert: We keep our distance - but the music connects. The violin is amplified by pickups, announcements are made by microphone, so your residents can sit in the garden or listen from their window or balcony.

Funeral service / funeral / burial / funeral coffee / memorial concert / anniversary

Goodbye and commemoration with music
  • Music as a connecting element between word and silence
    • Calm tunes and classical music or favorite pieces of the deceased (e.g. film melodies, pop ballads, etc ...) as a musical framework for the funeral service
    • The favorite tune in the cemetery or at the grave
    • Music at the church service (if desired also together with the organist)
    • Music for coffee at the subsequent gettogether with friends and relatives
    • A small concert or a ceremony with favorite melodies to commemorate the life of the deceased person (e.g. also on the anniversary of the person's death)
    • The violin has a soothing sound. The most beautiful classical melodies were written for the violin or string orchestra. Even selected modern melodies have this sound experience if played instrumental on the violin,
    • As a freelance musician, I am not bound to music schools and can be more flexible at short notice during the usual funeral hours during the day
    • If you are looking for other instruments such as organ, trumpet, saxophone, cello or piano, I would be happy to recommend colleagues
    • I am also happy to work with undertakers and funeral directors as well as funeral speakers
    • But other favorite pieces / melodies of the deceased can also be heard. These may also have a cheerful character
    •  e.g. Artist life (waltz by Johann Strauß), other waltzes by Johann Strauß, Pizzicato Polka (J. Strauß) Barkarole (Offenbach)
